STEP 1: LOGIN TO THE L&I WEBSITE
Click the “LOGIN” button below to access the Labor and Industries website and login using the credentials below. The button will open a new tab. Please keep both tabs open. Once logged in, navigate back to the CR University tab and select the Continue button.

STEP 2: START YOUR LESSONS
In each lesson you must select the “Watch Video” button. This will take you to a new tab to watch the lesson video on the Labor and Industries website. When you are done watching the video, you must come back to the CR University tab and the lesson page associated with the video and select the take the quiz button.
STEP 3: TAKE THE QUIZ
Follow the prompts and complete each quiz, before continuing to the next lesson. You must complete one lesson before proceeding to the next. You can login and continue your course at any time but if you do not complete a quiz, that lesson will be incomplete. You must complete all lessons to complete the course.
STEP 4: CELEBRATE!
Once all lessons are complete in the course, you will find your achievements in your dashboard.
